Obama recently decided to float the idea that Donald Trump has him "living rent-free" in Trump's head. That's rich. That's like the guy who burned your house down complaining that you keep bringing up the fire. "Kevin, why are you still talking about the arsonist?" Because I'm still rebuilding the kitchen, genius.
Obama wants to turn accountability into obsession.
Every time Trump has to fix another Obama disaster, somehow Obama translates that into, "See? He can't stop thinking about me."
No, Barack. That's called cleaning up after you.
If your teenager wrecks the family car, you don't spend six months in the body shop because you're obsessed with your teenager. You spend six months there because he drove it through the living room.
Obama wants to frame history as psychology.
Trump isn't haunted by Obama. America is still paying Obama's bills.
And I have to laugh at the phrase "living rent-free."
If anybody would understand rent-free housing, it'd be Democrats. If Obama were living anywhere inside Trump's mind, it'd have to qualify for Section 8. There'd be federal subsidies, three oversight committees, two NGOs, and somehow USAID would still send money overseas.
Obama accomplished something remarkable. He convinced millions of Americans that decline was sophistication.
