This episode is a little different from one of my normal podcasts and one I would recommend watching on YouTube. I specifically talk about Carl Rungius and his paintings. The reason I wanted to do that is I had the opportunity to see the largest collection of his paintings, including ephemera from his studio at the National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson Hole Wyoming.

They have such a beautiful display of all his paintings from very early in his career to major pieces that he had done as commissions for the Bronx Zoo, to landscapes and everything in between.

So I thought I'd do a little history lesson on one of the most important, if not the most important, big game painter in North America, Carl Rungius. I hope you enjoy. It was very fun doing it and learning about this interesting artist and his history.
