WEEK AHEAD FORECAST: OCTOBER 4–10, 2026

Before We Dive In

On October 1st at 10am Mountain, the first call of Venus Retrograde: Heroine’s Journey happened and it was ‘off the charts’. I’m all like. [Excited doesn’t quite cover it.]

We have well over 70 people in the class. It’s pretty astounding, and it’s just my favourite thing to do.

By the time you read this, Venus is Retrograde and the call recording is up. There’s still time to catch up with call one if you have FOMO regretTwo levels:

The Journey — $397 for the whole seven weeks. Eight calls, all recordings, PDFs of the slides, lightly edited transcripts, and lots of other materials in the course portal, plus a community area and chat section. The recordings upload automatically into the portal very soon after each call ends, so it can all be done from the recordings if you can’t attend live.

Dragon Rider adds a year of Spiral Codex, a 30-minute one-on-one with me, and a personal gift.

Female Rage: The Musical

The image I chose for this week is Taylor Swift from the final leg of the Eras Tour, after The Tortured Poets Department came out: the Female Rage: The Musical image. I’ll be using Taylor as a small example in the class.

I actually became a Swiftie thanks to Venus retrograde. During the summer of the Eras Tour, Venus was retrograde in Leo and I used her as an example then, along with Beyoncé and her Renaissance tour. That’s when I discovered Taylor Swift and I share a 21° Sagittarius Sun.

I chose that image because Venus retrograde in Scorpio feels very female rage, the musical. Venus is very much to do with music. And we’re already seeing it.

Take the outrage over the Cornell case. These are alleged rapes (I have to say that at the moment) that happened two years ago. Jane Doe, the woman at the centre of it all, has now filed charges. And of course online we’re seeing the usual: men asking what about women who hurt women, why didn’t she come forward two years ago, why didn’t she do this, blah, blah, blah.

The whole thing was dealt with by Cornell itself and swept under the rug. So if anything ever happens to you or one of yours on a college campus, do not go and report it to the college. Go straight to the police. That’s not to say it’s her fault for not doing that. You’d expect the college to support you. But oh no.

We’re seeing that rage start to erupt over how this woman has been treated, and over the other stories coming out right now. When Scorpio is involved, it’s often power games and sexual dynamics. The last time the Me Too movement really took off was when Jupiter was in Scorpio, because Scorpio is very much related to the sexual organs, the reproductive system, and power dynamics.

And remember, this is the last Venus Star Point in Scorpio in our lifetimes, the cazimi where the Sun and Venus meet in the middle of the retrograde. It’s at 0°, the alpha omega degree. So I think we’re going to see much more eruption.

Some people describe Venus in Scorpio as Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction. I don’t think it’s that bad, really. We’re not all going to go and boil rabbits. But it does carry that you treated me badly and I’m going to get revenge energy.

The real way to work with Venus retrograde in Scorpio, or any Venus retrograde, is to go within and do the work inside, so that you’re more empowered from the root upwards and better able to take on the world.

The Week at a Glance

* The Nodes finally leave 29° on Friday October 9th, where they’ve sat since the August 12th and August 28th eclipses.

* Venus is now retrograde, having stationed on October 3rd at 8°29’ Scorpio. Mercury catches up and meets her at 8° on Tuesday.

* Mars opposed Pluto on Saturday the 3rd, forming a fixed T-square with Haumea and Mercury, all around 3°. Lots of threes.

* The Pluto–Haumea square (the 10th of 13 this decade) is still close.

* Hekate stations direct at 23° Aquarius on Tuesday October 6th.

* Hygieia, goddess of preventative health, passes the South Node, enters Virgo, and meets Regulus.

* The Moon meets Jupiter at 20° Leo, the August 12th eclipse degree. A hot degree to keep watching.

* Asteroid Lilith enters Leo.

* The Libra New Moon is on Saturday October 10th at 17° Libra, squaring Ceres.

* Venus squares Mars at 7° the same day.

* Pluto is still out of bounds to the south. [Everything is feeling a bit beyond the norm.]

We’re in the waning, then balsamic, Moon all week, heading into the dark of the Moon. These may feel like quite dark times at first. But it’s all part of the journey inward.

The Cards — A First Glance

From the Red Seeds Tarot (Linda Hill, Etsy UK) and the Witch Oracle by Angie Sullins: Two of Vessels reversed, Ten of Vessels, The Star, and The Hive Queen.

Vessels are cups, and Scorpio is a water sign, so it figures. To be quite honest, these are pretty good, nice cards.

We’ve had the Hive Queen before. The Melissae were part of the Eleusinian Mysteries, one of the mythic arcs I tell through the class. They were the hive priestesses, if you like.

More on all four at the end.

Day by Day

(Times are Eastern unless noted.)

Sunday, October 4 — Sun Opposes Saturn. The Great Mother Moon.

We start the week with the Nodes still at 29°, the anaretic degree, a liminal border crossing between the two signs. The South Node has been sitting on a certain leader’s Ascendant since the eclipses. Chiron has moved back into Aries before its final ingress into Taurus.

The Moon is in Cancer and pretty much conjunct Ceres, the Great Mother. (Hence the Roerich painting, The Great Mother. More on that later in the week.)

The Moon is out of bounds to the north, and Pluto is still out of bounds to the south. Pluto carries more of the collective out-of-bounds energy, but it feels like everything is out of bounds right now. There’s some erratic energy about.

The Cancer Moon’s first main aspect is a water trine, an unbroken flow, to Nessus, revealing the toxins and poisons we’re all releasing and letting go of. Then the Moon squares Vesta, our inner flame. Remember that everything in Aries is retrograde. We’re revisiting a lot about who we are in this new and changing paradigm, and the answer is always to slow down and look within.

The first big aspect of the day: the Libra Sun reaches 11° and opposes retrograde Saturn. This is a good, hard look at our self-limiting beliefs, whether that’s belief in ourselves or in our ability to act from a dynamic, driven attitude rather than a power-over one. That means not stomping on other people, and not letting people stomp on us either. The Sun in Libra wants balance, and the opposition to retrograde Saturn asks what lessons we’ve actually learned about those beliefs.

The Cancer Moon then squares Eris, the table flipper. We’re still flipping tables. The Cornell story is not going away, believe me. (Allegedly.)

Then the Moon opposes Juno, who has been looking at our contracts with each other, our institutions, and the structures we live under, and saying no, this is not working.

Then the Moon conjuncts asteroid Lilith, my talk-to-the-hand rebellious teenager (she looks like a hand, hence the name), and the rage builds. Black Moon Lilith is that wild, energetic rage. Asteroid Lilith says I was made equal, and I’m taking my rightful place. All of this is happening within and without.

The Moon squares Chiron, revisiting the wounded, toxic masculine energy of power-over and domination, and asking again: what have we learned, and what is the medicine for each of us?

Late in the evening, the Moon enters Leo (back in bounds now) and at 2° Leo trines Neptune in Aries. In a real you cannot make this up moment, Neptune is only 5 minutes of arc from the Aries Venus Star Point. So the Moon looks back at that and asks: what do we still need to burn off before we dive deep into this retrograde?

The Moon in Leo also feels the pull of Mars, who is still reeling from Saturday’s opposition to Pluto. Mars and Pluto are the traditional and modern rulers of Scorpio, and that opposition formed a fixed T-square to Haumea and Mercury. The question is: what action are we going to take to change this? If you have planets or points around 3° in your chart, pay attention to when threes show up.

Monday, October 5 — The Threes Light Up. Hygieia Meets the South Node.

Early on Monday, the Leo Moon reaches 3°. It opposes Pluto, squares Haumea (regeneration, rebirth), and then meets Mars. Those threes are being activated, pushing and forcing change. We have to really take action to shift this stuck system so it operates more in alignment with the needs of the whole of humanity and we can move forward into the future.

The Moon then makes a supportive sextile to Uranus: we need radical change. It squares Mercury and sextiles Sedna too. All these early degrees, up to about 6°, are being activated. It’s a big push for change. Things are getting very deep and very emotional. The opposition to Pluto is about facing the shadow and bringing things out of it. If you have planets around 3°, 4°, or 5°, a whole lot is going on within you.

The Moon then squares Venus, still at her station degree of 8° Scorpio, where she sits for a few days. We’re looking at our values and our relationships, but also our creative energy and social mores. I think you’ll hear many more people talking about their own experiences of sexual assault, so look for the trigger warnings. You’re going to hear a lot of it.

It’s also revealing a lot of deep, dark creativity. Back to Taylor: her video for Patient Zero (hilarious, since the Venus Star Point is at zero Scorpio) is a deep, dark, gothic, psychological dive into some very murky areas. There are graveyards. It’s all very Scorpionic. You can’t make astrology up sometimes.

At 11:08am, Hygieia conjuncts the South Node at that anaretic 29° degree. Apart from the Moon, she’s the last body to pass the South Node while the Nodes sit at 29°. She joins the Sun, Mercury, and Venus on the other side, moving toward the North Node and creating the future. (Venus is heading back toward the South Node now, but she never makes it back that far.)

Hygieia is the goddess of health and hygiene, and of preventative health particularly. Her father was Asclepius, god of medicine, and she’s often shown with a snake. She worked with her father until the Delphic Oracle recognized her. There isn’t much written about her, to be quite honest, but she was a significant goddess when sickness prevailed. She was also said to work with Pallas Athena to look after the health of the workers building the Parthenon, Athena’s temple. She’s a goddess to call on when things are very stressful, to step into a real holistic health strategy.

Still on the 5th, the Leo Moon trines Saturn and sextiles the Sun, activating yesterday’s opposition. This is looking into the dark hearts of leaders, kings, and oligarchs. It’s very shadow-Leo energy, and it’s bringing them out of the shadows. We’re really starting to see this stuff. (The Musk documentary is also coming out soon. I can’t remember the date, but people are starting to talk about it. I might even go and see it.)

The Moon trines Pallas Athena: wise justice, the cold eye of justice, seeing the pieces and putting them together.

And Hygieia trines Chiron, an unbroken flow to the medicine. Before she moves into Virgo, she’s talking to Chiron and saying here’s what we can do to move back into holistic health.

Tuesday, October 6 — Hekate Stations Direct. Moon Meets Jupiter on the Eclipse Degree. Mercury Meets Venus.

At 12:03am, my favourite asteroid, Hekate, stations direct at 23° Aquarius. She had dipped into Pisces, then travelled all the way back into Aquarius, almost but not quite meeting Chariklo. Now she starts her journey forward, slowly.

Hekate is connected to the Demeter, Persephone, and Hades myth in so many ways, and I’ll be going into that in great detail in the Venus class. She held her torch up and helped Demeter find Persephone, and later helped create that reunification. She’s the goddess of the crossroads. She holds the keys to the upper, middle, and lower worlds. She’s a triple moon goddess, and she was friends with Cerberus, the dog who guarded the gates of the underworld. She’s supposedly a dark goddess. I think she’s absolutely amazing, because she helps us find our way at the crossroads when we’re in the dark and don’t know which way to go.

Black Moon Lilith reaches the end of Sagittarius. She’s been bobbling back and forth, and she forms a fire grand trine with the South Node and Hygieia in Leo and Chiron in Aries, all at 29°. It’s time for female rage, the musical, to bring the healing and say no, we’re not doing this anymore. (I’ve seen men get their guts torn out online for telling women what they should believe about the Cornell case. Go and sort the other guys out, please. Stop the rapists.)

At 6:22am, the Leo Moon meets Jupiter at 20° Leo. That’s a hot degree. It was the degree of the August 12th total solar eclipse, and it’s going to get activated again and again. Next year Mars goes retrograde and stations direct at that degree. Jupiter and the South Node meet there. Keep an eye on 20° Leo: every time it’s activated, something that started at the August eclipse moves forward. This is the first big activation, and Jupiter expands everything.

Jupiter doesn’t station retrograde until December 13th of this year. He’ll reach 27° Leo and meet the South Node once, then go retrograde all the way back to 16° Leo, meeting the South Node three times in all. We’ll look at each one as we go. To me this is the fall of kings. Justice is coming. Leaders are falling and our heart centres are expanding as we realize we need more heartful leadership, or whatever you want to call it.

After that, the Leo Moon trines Vesta, then opposes Chariklo and opposes Hekate (still stationing), saying: okay, I get you now. We’re writing this new story from the heart. It’s seeing with the eye of the heart, the nous, as in the Gospel of Mary Magdalene. All of this is connected to the Venus retrograde. It’s quite astounding.

Meanwhile asteroid Lilith squares Chiron from the very last, anaretic degree of Cancer, just before she joins the party in Leo. The talk-to-the-hand Lilith is catching up with the bad boys (not in gender terms): the energy of arrogance and might-is-right. It’s as if she’s saying: you mop up that medicine, I’m taking it from here.

The Moon trines Eris, the table turner, as the Sun opposes Pallas Athena at 13°, the number of the witch. The Libra Sun says it’s time to shine a light on justice, balance, and harmony. Libra is a Venusian sign, and Venus is opposing her other sign, Taurus, and saying: come on, Pallas, you’ve been thinking about this. We need a strategy. Go full-on hex on the patriarchy. Female rage, the musical. Whatever you want to call it.

Then another big one: Mercury reaches 8° Scorpio and meets Venus, still at her station degree. Mercury is heading forward and will station retrograde himself on October 24th at 20° Scorpio, so he has a way to go yet. But the two station direct on the same day, November 13th. I think it’s significant that heart and mind meet at this 8° mark before the messenger, the trickster, does his own review. This is a heart-mind deep dive into what we need to say and speak about, and what more we need to learn to step into our own power and stop what’s happening in the world.

This is such an intense period. If you do the inner work with it, you’ll be just fine. But you might need support.

The Moon then meets the South Node and Hygieia, both still at 29°. So intense. The Moon passes the South Node, the drain, releasing and releasing anything that doesn’t move us toward this preventative, holistic health energy.

At 10:52pm, the Moon enters Virgo and approaches Regulus, which moved into Virgo at the end of 2011. Remember: this is the beginning of the age of guardianship and stewardship. And we are really heading toward the new moon now.

Wednesday, October 7 — Mars Sextile Uranus. Aha Moments.

Bless our specs, it’s a day of anniversaries. It’s my mother-in-law’s wedding anniversary, and it’s the anniversary of the day my husband and I started dating, 32 years ago. Whoop.

The Virgo Moon squares Sedna: adapt your thinking or, basically, die. Then it sextiles Haumea: we’re getting more ready to birth this new paradigm. As the Moon heads into its no-moon phase (not quite there yet), it speaks to these heavy hitters and says: okay, now I have to go in and see what seeds I’m planting on this new moon to be the change I want to see in the world.

Mars, trotting along, makes an aspect of opportunity, fire to air, a sextile to Uranus at 5°. Five is the number of change and of the media. Mars and Uranus bring aha moments about what’s being brought up by Mars’s opposition to Pluto and square to Haumea: what’s coming out of the shadows so we can transform it. The question is what action we’re taking to change perspectives and bring radical change. I’m calling it a good, peaceful revolution. A revolution of ideas, let’s call it that.

Right after Mars sextiles Uranus, the Moon squares Uranus, both from Mercury’s signs. Our emotions get in the way too. This says we have to get really resilient, strong, and tough, and do whatever we can preventative-health-wise so we can be the change we want to see. But remember, everything here has moved past the drain toward the creative.

The Virgo Moon then sextiles Venus and sextiles Mercury, which are still together. Mercury is Virgo’s guide, asking what we need to do to create a more meaningful stewardship role in the world and play our part in it. I think it’s really significant that the Moon is in Virgo at 0°, because the Venus Star Point will be at 0° Scorpio, a lovely sextile, sculpting the new.

Then the Moon trines Pholus, and the lid comes off Pandora’s box.

Thursday, October 8 — Hygieia Enters Virgo and Meets Regulus. Asteroid Lilith Enters Leo. Jupiter Trine Vesta.

We don’t have many early aspects. Then at 5:44am, Hygieia moves into Virgo and heads toward Regulus. How can we purge and cleanse to make a more meaningful world? What can we get rid of, physically: habits as well as stuff? How can we live a more holistic life, as better stewards of the earth and of each other? A big deal.

At the same time, the Virgo Moon sextiles Ceres in Cancer, the Great Mother’s sign. Hence the picture I’ve been using: The Great Mother by Nicholas Roerich. (Look it up: R-O-E-R-I-C-H.) With the veil and everything around her, to me she’s stepping into that Hermit mode of going within as Venus dives deeper into her retrograde. It’s really about stepping into inner power.

Mercury aspects Pholus, so we see more of the crap coming out in the world. Black Moon Lilith is right there too. Apparently there were 57 boys on that frat Snapchat thing. Maybe some of them didn’t see the chat at the time, who knows. But they didn’t do anything about it. It’s the same old story of men letting men do things, excusing them, and not wanting to ruin their lives. Feminist here, but.

We’re getting a lot of sign changes. Asteroid Lilith enters Leo. I told you she was getting in there. Now she’s puffed up and saying I’m going to speak from the heart, and I’m going to take my rightful place on the throne here, next to you.

At 8:29pm, Hygieia meets Regulus. Another big deal.

The last major aspect of the day comes very late on Thursday night, Eastern time: Jupiter, having moved just past the eclipse degree to 21°00’ Leo, trines Vesta. Vesta is your inner flame, but she’s also focus, commitment, and devotion. So this trine asks: what are you focused on? What are you devoted to? What are you committed to creating? And what do you need to burn off that’s stopping you?

Friday, October 9 — Venus Day. The Nodes Leave 29°. A Fire and Air Kite.

It’s Venus’s day, and Venus has now moved off her station degree and is heading backwards. Nearby, at 7°, is Okyrhoe, the prophetess who was punished for saying what she foresaw. We’ll be looking at her in great detail in the class too.

The Moon finishes in Virgo and enters Libra at 4:10am, immediately aspecting asteroid Lilith, who’s still on the other side of the South Node.

At 8:55am, the Nodes finally leave the 29th degree. Because the Nodes move backwards, they reach the very start of 29° before moving off. This is another number of big change.

At the same time, the Moon opposes Neptune, which is now only 2 minutes from the last Venus Star Point in Aries. What has changed since that Venus Star Point, when Venus became the Morning Star? Have we moved more into the Divine Feminine? It doesn’t always feel like it, but I do notice a shift in people rising up.

As the Moon opposes Neptune, it also makes an air grand trine with Pluto and Sedna, which forms a big fire-and-air kite. It’s right in the dark of the Moon, and it asks what we’re burning off to create this new paradigm as we move into it.

We finish Friday with the Moon opposing Saturn. A bit more of a reality check.

Saturday, October 10 — The Libra New Moon. Venus Square Mars.

A really big day.

At 3:17am, the Moon opposes Pallas Athena in Aries, staring down the barrels. Black Moon Lilith is at 12° too, so it’s 12, 12, 12. We’re in the no-moon phase, planting seeds of intention. Time to sing female rage, the musical.

The New Moon itself is at 11:50am at 17° Libra. I’ve already done a separate new moon video, so I won’t focus on it here. But it’s squared off by Ceres, and in the Moon’s own sign it’s time for the Mother and the Great Mother to rise (or the 13 grandmothers, whatever you want to call them) and birth a more matrifocal society. That just means creative-centred, heart-centred, mother-centred, family-centred, instead of this hierarchical stomp-everything-down energy. We’re definitely shifting into that.

Venus Square Mars: A Longer Look

At 5:31pm, Venus, back at 7° Scorpio, squares Mars at 7° Leo. The divine feminine and the divine masculine square off, and I want to spend some time on this cycle, because it’s so important:

* January 7, 2026: Venus and Mars began this cycle together at 18° Capricorn, back when everything was piling up and moving toward the South Node, and the Nodes were still in Virgo and Pisces. Look how things have changed since then.

* July 29, 2026: The first square. Mars was at 21° Gemini, and Venus was leading the way (she’s faster) at 21° Virgo, opposing Nessus and making a mutable grand cross with Black Moon Lilith. All this rage has been building since. No, this cannot hold. We have to have change. People’s perspectives have been changing. We see it in the polls, if you just want to talk electoral politics. People are realizing this isn’t working. It isn’t serving the people.

* October 10, 2026 (this week): They square again. Venus is retrograde now, and they’ve moved into fixed signs. We’re going to make things manifest.

* January 16, 2027: Venus has gone direct and is moving fast. At 10° Sagittarius, looking to the future and shooting her arrows, she squares Mars. Mars has gone down the drain, moved forward into Virgo, and stationed retrograde on January 10th at 10° Virgo. He never gets back to the South Node again, I believe. From there Mars goes all the way back to 20° Leo, the eclipse degree. Over and over and over. But ten is a new start. Venus is moving ahead, saying go on, finish finding more meaningful ways of action, will, and drive, because we’re heading toward the future.

* March 19, 2027: The opposition, the full moon of this cycle. Mars at 21° Leo with the South Node opposes Venus at 21° Aquarius. That’s the same 21° as before, in different signs: two and one, feminine and masculine. Mars almost makes it back to the South Node but is slowing to station direct. He’s revisiting the drain to release something else, I think.

* June 23, 2027: The closing square. Venus is catching up at 17° Gemini, Mars is still in Virgo with Hygieia, and Jupiter and Ceres have just passed the drain. These are mutable signs, saying change, change, change.

* November 24, 2027: The new cycle begins at the very last degree of Sagittarius, conjunct the Galactic Centre. Change is coming, big change toward the future, and they’re heading toward the North Node together. That conjunction at the anaretic degree is wild.

By the end of 2027 the world is going to look very different. The South Node is about to leave Leo after taking down a lot of leaders. Jupiter has hit Virgo. Pallas Athena has gone all the way around. Mercury has gone right round and is back in Scorpio. Chiron is well back in Taurus, retrograde, but doesn’t leave Taurus again. Everything has shifted.

And a bit further ahead, because sometimes people get really discouraged: right before the December 2027 solstice (winter in the north, summer in the south), Venus meets the North Node at 2° Aquarius, leaving Mars behind in Capricorn, hovering around the degree of their last conjunction. The Sun stands still at 0° Capricorn, the World Point. The mini grand trine (Barbault’s Basket) of Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto is beginning to break apart. It gets close again toward the end of next year, but then Uranus moves direct and on. Pluto will still dip out of bounds for a few months at the end of each year until 2035. But by the time Venus crosses the North Node, and then Mars in January 2028, still at 2°, with Venus by then at the end of Aquarius, everything is changing.

I could keep going on and on. But we finish this week with a bit of a whopper: Venus retrograde in Mars’s sign of Scorpio, cutting right into those who have lorded it over others, with Mars in Leo. She’s digging in deep, being a bit of a psychic detective into the secrets, toxins, and poisons of the patriarchy’s power dynamics.

The Cards in Detail

Two of Vessels (reversed)

This is really the start of the week. Venus has just stationed retrograde and we’re at a standstill. We may be feeling a lack of connection and a lack of balance, or like we’re breaking up with something. There could even be a breakup, because this is a two. But it’s also about decisions, and about inner turmoil. I don’t feel this connection with the parts of myself. Discombobulated, let’s say.

Ten of Vessels

This is I Am Love.

“Deep gratitude pools within our hearts as we swim in the waters of spiritual and emotional fulfilment. Divine love fills our soul and radiates out to all we meet. Our journey of awe, despair and challenge is revealing so much about our true self. Only when we are able to love and connect to our true self can we fully offer love to others. Joy, peace, acceptance, and contentment herald our homecoming. We have completed a cycle and we celebrate. Life takes us to unexpected places. Love brings us home. All we need is love.”

But I’m going to say: all we need is love for ourselves. It’s a good week to look inside and ask: what am I grateful for, for myself, within myself?

The Star

The Star is the Aquarius card. This is I Am Blessed.

“When you find the beginning of the way, the star of your soul will show its light.” — Mabel Collins

By October 11th, Venus will have been retrograde for over a week. This one is a 41-day journey, about seven weeks. By the start of next week she’ll have moved back to 7°, we’ll have just had this Venusian new moon, and we’ll be setting the seeds.

So this is a really good card telling you to go out and bathe in the starlight, especially with Venus square Mars. Astral alchemical waters are a blessing. When we lose faith in ourselves, we must remember to follow our star. Get out and look for Venus. She’s still visible in the evening sky to the west.

The Hive Queen

Here’s Melissa. I won’t read the whole thing, since we know what the queen does in a hive. But:

“The Hive Queen forgives others as well, understanding that holding onto injustice, no matter how righteous, is like swallowing poison expecting the other person to die.”

That’s about holding onto it within yourself, which is different from accountability.

“She knows in her very veins that sometimes she must forgive when it’s not sought out, when the other is not sorry and in their ignorance or intolerance is blind to her pain. When forgiveness is requested by another, she honours herself by acknowledging that accountability and forgiveness are sisters, only thriving when paired. Every relationship that suffers an infraction needs accountability in order to move forward.”

This includes your relationship with yourself, and every place you beat yourself up for having done whatever.

“If there is no accountability, there can be forgiveness, but no ongoing relationship. These are your boundaries, both tender and fierce, engaged to keep the hive of your heart whole, a welcoming place for the bees to sing their songs, making melody and honey, where once there was only sorrow.”

On this deep journey within, you’ll probably find the shadows and go: I did this wrong, I did that wrong, this is bad about me. Where you can take accountability for things you did, do that. Say yes, I did that wrong, I’m sorry, even if you only apologize to yourself, because usually we’ve hurt ourselves. And then forgive yourself. When we know better, we do better, to quote the amazing Maya Angelou.

Summing Up

The Nodes finally leave the eclipse degree. Venus is retrograde in Scorpio, and Mercury meets her at 8° on the way through. Hekate stations direct with her torch at the crossroads. Hygieia crosses the drain, enters Virgo, and meets Regulus, asking what we need to purge and cleanse to live as better stewards. The Moon lights up 20° Leo, the eclipse degree, alongside Jupiter. And the week closes with a Libra New Moon squaring the Great Mother and Venus squaring Mars, one chapter of a cycle that runs all the way to the end of 2027.

The Two of Vessels reversed says it’s okay to feel discombobulated. The Ten of Vessels says all we need is love, for ourselves first. The Star says follow your star. And the Hive Queen says accountability and forgiveness are sisters, including with yourself.

[Female rage, the musical, is playing. Your job is the inner work that lets you sing from the root upwards.]

Peace out. Venus is the peace sign.
