We can just keep exploring further and further into its depths. It keeps creating and keeps retaining. It holds our fears and our excitement. It holds our love and our hate.
The untrained man has unhealthy beliefs:
1. He believes he lives inside his mind. 2. He believes his is a victim to his mind.
