In this week's episode Columbo is on the case a murder that happens inside a marketing research company. A man got up during a film and was shot with no witnesses, even the CCTV in the lobby was turned off. Turns out, Dr. Kepple, who is in charge of the institute, turned off those cameras and also murdered the man. It is up to Columbo to figure out how.
