Nothing Exists On Its Own

For this recording Andrei and I played with word phasing. Reading each of our sections onto different tracks, we then copied/pasted back to back to back to back. Which gradually phased our original reading. At 1:40 we recorded our tracks adding delay, copied/pasted back to back to back- the delay grew.

This recording was created for the Radio Confidential Show that aired alongside the Hotel Confidential installations that took place April 2026 at the Royal Hotel in Picton Ontario. Radio Confidential became a bit of a collaboration for Nanotopia with Radio hosts Chip Yarwood and Celina Carroll. Hotel Confidential was curated by Christina Zeidler and Stacey Sproule.
