In our fast-paced modern world, we have lost sight of what truly matters. The average person listening to me right now is pouring most of your energy into temporary things, such as your career, possessions, entertainment, and status - yet one hundred years from now, only one thing will matter, what preparation did you make for your soul.
In this study we will go over what the Bible says our soul is and four reasons why it is valuable.
Key Scriptures used in today’s teaching: Mark 8:34-37
Other Scripture referenced in today's teaching: Deuteronomy 10:12-13; Proverbs 9:10; 1 Timothy 4:1-2; Genesis 2:7; Hebrews 9:27-28; 1 Peter 5:8; Romans 7:21-25; 2 Corinthians 4:4; Luke 12:21; 2 Peter 3:9; Romans 5:8; 1 Peter 1:18-21
Unless stated otherwise, most Scripture is read from the New Living Translation (NLT) Bible.
