Drake Maverick defied expectations to win his group in the ongoing NXT Interim Cruiserweight  Championship tournament. Johnny Gargano made short work of Adrian Alanis in an open challenge match. Charlotte Flair teamed up with a very game Chelsea Green defeated the team of  Rhea Ripley and IO Shirai, when Charlotte pinned Shirai via leveraged pin. Also, Matt Riddle got put to sleep by Timothy Thatcher in a steel cage, with the Hall of famer Kurt Angle as the special referee!
