Sophie Duker, Heidi Regan and Ned Sedgwick are joined by comedian Michael Odewale to discuss drinking, dancing, dining and D&D. Sophie thinks we all need a release, Heidi busts some alcohol myths, Ned raps (!) and Steve Ali puts everything into perspective with tales from the Calais refugee camp.
