This podcast started with Patrick giving us the history and evolution of tai chi that none of us knew we needed. Seriously, it was a pretty interesting chat and opened up into a discussion around the benefits of slow controlled movements in an era when the exercise conversation often focuses on explosive, dynamic, high-performance and complicated movements.
