In this episode I discuss with apologist Paul Dan the influence of neoplatonic thought in the Eastern Orthodox church as well as the elevation of tradition and church fathers to equal authority as the holy scriptures. Mr. Dan grew up in the reformed Eastern Orthodox church that had been impacted by a true gospel reformation years prior and he has an intimate understanding of their teachings.
