In times of distress, isolation or overwhelming circumstances, we are called to go to God first, honestly pour out our hearts to Him, replace lies with His truth and live with a heart of gratitude and trust, knowing that He is our refuge, sustainer and ever-present source of peace and joy. 

“I cry out to the Lord; I plead for the Lord’s mercy.” Psalm 142:1
