This week the lads are joined by Commonwealth Gold medallist Delicious Orie. The Super Heavyweight. Born in Moscow to a Nigerian father and Russian mother, moved to the UK with his family for a better life and found it. Listen to how he started boxing late, has had success and has now been tipped for gold in the Paris Olympics 2024.
