The Las Vegas Raiders are 3-0, and former Raiders CEO Amy Trask joins Maggie Gray on A Must Win Game to explain what has changed inside the organization.
After going 3-14 last season, the Raiders have opened the 2026 NFL season with three straight wins. Kirk Cousins has played extremely well, while the organization has also added new voices to the coaching staff and behind the scenes — including minority owner Tom Brady.
So what is actually different about the Raiders?
Amy Trask gives Maggie Gray her perspective on the Raiders' culture, leadership, coaching changes and Tom Brady's role within the organization.
And then there's the biggest question surrounding Las Vegas: Fernando Mendoza.
The Raiders selected Mendoza No. 1 overall in the 2026 NFL Draft, but Kirk Cousins' strong start has created a fascinating quarterback dilemma. Is there pressure to get the No. 1 overall pick onto the field? Should the Raiders continue riding with Cousins? And what does the development of Mendoza look like if Las Vegas continues winning?
Amy also takes Maggie inside her memories of John Madden, including one of her favorite memories of the legendary Raiders coach. She explains why Madden meant so much to the organization — and why she won't be seeing the new movie about John Madden and Al Davis.
Plus, Maggie gives the New York Giants a STOCK DOWN after their trade for J.J. McCarthy and explains why the move raises questions about the Giants' quarterback situation. New York acquired McCarthy from Minnesota for a 2027 fifth-round pick, while Jameis Winston remains the team's starting quarterback.
And Maggie gives the Chicago Bears a STOCK UP after 38-year-old veteran Case Keenum delivered an incredible performance against the Philadelphia Eagles. In his first regular-season action since 2023, Keenum completed 24 of 34 passes for 247 yards and two touchdowns while also rushing for a score in Chicago's 27-7 victory.
