Scott Kauffman joined Motive Partners in 2018. His focus is on strategy, investment thesis, deal origination, execution and value creation for the firm and its more than 15 Growth & Buyout portfolio companies. Prior to joining Motive Partners, Scott was a Partner at Oak Hill Capital Partners and a Managing Director within the Global Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs.
