Idols can turn your life inside out.
The problem is, you rarely recognize that you're idolizing something in the moment.
It usually takes a shock...like a messy separation...to see things clearly.
The point of today's episode is to save you from a shock of your own, because I think you'll be able to learn from my story.
I had a number of idols in my life that were a big part of my separation and all that's happened since.
Now, God is so gracious and has given me so many gifts in this time that I never would have had if I didn't go through this, but obviously it would have been 100x better if I'd learned them withOUT the pain.
