The Jewel of Ouvira— A large gem, a star sapphire, originally unearthed in the Northern Bulwark mountains near Daros-Ereth in 5601. The exact manner of its discovery is disputed; the family of an Erethi miner claims that their relative found it while contracting for a Denorian company, while Denorian authorities maintain that the jewel was located and excavated by their own countrymen after a mine collapse. The stone was cut en cabochon in Denoria's Reach, revealing its striking six-pointed star pattern that is visible even without external light. This feature and the gem's impressive size have made it a beloved cultural artifact of the Kingdom of Denoria. The stone is named in deference to Ouvira, the avani goddess of stars and long journeys.
