Sacred self care is something that changes and shifts with the times, but at it's core remains the same - being present to what is, not meeting with resistance, but responding with the boundary of love that we are. This episode is an invitation to notice where you might have "gone deaf" to the call of your own heart - why, because you do already "know" what is true and what resonates with you in this moment.
We already know what isn't true what doesn't resonate - let's stop focusing outward on that noise and pay more attention to what's coming up inside. We can discern that the voices/noise that contracts isn't true, isn't us, and we are learning to be in more mastery of the voice of our own deep wisdom. We are ready to leave behind the path of pain looping that keeps us repeating lower frequency patterns like shame, blame and guilt. We're turning to, and tuning into, the voice that invites us to expand. We are tuning our inner ears to that beauty.
Using the metaphor of biodynamics which sees farms, "not merely as plots of land but as living organisms deeply connected with cosmic rhythms." Our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies as a bioelectric field, we know, are connected in the same way to cosmic rhythms and not the synthetic "reality" we see around us.
Allowing ourselves to spend quality time with our own knowing before we reach to something or somewhere else to tell us what is.
Cultivating what you want to see in your own life, rather than accepting the seeds sown by others means standing on the solid ground of your own internal mountain.
