If Chris is here with six or so bottles, usually it's a casual episode. But someone let Chris team up with Dan and suddenly we have more than double the number of bottles. That's because we're trying fortified wines along with the spirits that they are traditionally barrel-finished in. It's arguably the best way to understand how a cask influences a spirit.
