The chocolate is sweet.
TIMELINE
1683: The old state house, built in 1791, still opens its doors to visitors.
1787: making Delaware the first state in the Union.
1887: to 1891, and a former attorney general of Delaware, Pennington was one of the most respected men in Kent County.
1898: the package arrived at the Pennington home.
