Why do ICO's spend so little on marketing/biz dev?

The majority of startups in the blockchain space depend on the network effect. The value of the startup <em>depends</em> on the # of users.

Yet, when you check out the "team" page of many ICO's, there are very few marketing/biz dev professionals listed.

Perhaps some of these brilliant coders are not investing enough?
