The number one waiver add in Week 4 is a running back about to take over his backfield, just probably not the one you are thinking of. Breece Hall and Travis Etienne both went down, and a first round tight end finally broke out.

Thirteen pickups in order: who to prioritize, who not to overspend on, two stashes worth a roster spot, PPR flex plays for this week, plus a streaming tight end and two streaming quarterbacks at the end.
