Joining me at this time is Tyler Butler. Her Phoenix based CSR consulting firm, 11Eleven, has established itself as a leader in this niche space and has leveraged her more than 18 years of experience in this arena.  Butler attended ASU and received her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Masters certificate in Community Development and Social Entrepreneurship. In recent years Butler graduated from the Master's program at the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship.

Butler served as the Community Outreach lead for Microsoft's Southwest District where she successfully unified this huge company's effort in bringing their enterprise office and the company's retail chain, the Microsoft Stores, into sync.  Butler also led GoDaddy's global philanthropic efforts and reimagined their entire CSR program.  She was responsible for creating a meaningful philanthropic strategy for GoDaddy and was specifically responsible for the creation of their diversity focused employee groups and their entire international CSR efforts.

Now, through her own firm, Butler is helping a plethora of companies to create meaningful, sustainable, impactful philanthropic programs. Additionally, Butler's column and blog, Giving In Style is sharing stories about giving back in style and has captivated audiences having amassed a following of more than 13,000. And we are lucky enough to have her on the show today
