This is a really cool recording of John Paul Jones with Diamanda Galas supporting their Sporting Life tour, in Portland, Oregon December 8, 1994. This is an intimate performance with just Jonesy on bass, guitars, and keyboards, Diamanda on her eight octave vocals, and Denny Fongheiser on drums. This show was recorded in the ballroom of the Portland Art Museum. It's really cool and spooky, and soulful, and heavy.
