On today's Podcast we take a look at how we can pass on to the next generation the things we did not recieve but now recognize we should have. 

It is impossible to be all things to our children, we are going to come up short in some or many areas. What we want to do is take ownership in the areas where we know we are lacking and should not be. 

You don't need to have every skill, but when it comes to spiritual leadership we need to make sure we pass on what we know they should have.
