The Klint Kubiak era starts for real Thursday night at Allegiant Stadium, and Fernando Mendoza makes his first appearance in live NFL action.

Kubiak confirmed his starters will play and said the club has a plan for snaps and series it isn't sharing publicly. Mendoza will get "plenty of reps."
