She has worked with the Calgary Flames since 2018 and brings more than 30 years of coaching experience. Fujita does an unbelievable job of breaking down and communicating not only the finer details of skating, but also the finer details of how she teaches skating, concepts that can be applied to teaching all aspects of the game.
She will be delivering an on-ice presentation at this year's TCS Live in Edmonton, with a focus on developing explosive speed.
