I ask it because I've spent 40 years working with nonprofit leaders, and I've noticed a common pattern.

Many leaders are willing to spend countless hours searching for grants, writing proposals, and asking others to believe in their mission.

But they're often reluctant to invest in the one thing that could transform their organization the most: their own education as a nonprofit leader.
