More than just an Amblin facsimile (I’m looking at you Stranger Things), The End of Oak Street plays like a really twisted episode of the Twilight Zone where the dinosaurs are a metaphor for the broken dreams of the suburbs, and the fetishization of the 80s roars first before chowing down. More dinosaur movies like this please.
