Dr. Lafferty has been involved with Mission of Hope Haiti, an organization that hosts thousands of mission trip participants from around the world. Dr. Lafferty visited Haiti after the 2010 earthquake and shares his experience working on the ground in Haiti and explains why every US healthcare professional should consider a medical mission.
