Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints reported Wednesday that new Bulls EVP Bryson Graham is interesting in trading up from the #15 pick to get a top-tier guard. The Bulls have brought in most of the lottery-projected guards, including Darius Acuff and Kingston Flemings. But Illinois star Keaton Wagler could be Graham’s top target.
