Bobby Bones and Matt Cassel welcome former NFL player Andrew East!  Andrew talks about growing up in a sports family and being a long snapper in the NFL. Andrew recalls his time at Vanderbilt and the different coaches and results from his teams. Andrew and his wife, Shawn, have written a book called 'The Courage to Commit'.  How was writing the book and doing a tour promoting it?  Bobby asks if Andrew has any interest in coaching in the future.  Andrew explains how he met his wife and how he left football for his second career.  Plus, what is Andrew's relationship with football now?
