Kerry Mondragon is a bold new voice in independent cinema, who was raised between the deserts of northern Mexico and suburban California. He recounts his supernatural experiences during the filming of "Wetiko" (released in 2024), a psychedelic jungle thriller. It was shot in Mexico among the Maya people living in the jungles of the Yucatan.

From vehicles inexplicably breaking down on the ancient road between Tulum and Chichen Itza, to malfunctioning cameras and a cenote inhabited by supernatural beings that require appeasement. Even after he left the jungles behind, the strange occurrences followed him to his home.
