Straddling the border with Alex Zaragoza!

 

 

Alex Zaragoza is a writer covering the intersection between culture and social issues, feminism, the border and other random stuff. She's currently an editor at We Are Mitú, the largest digital media organization serving the Latinx population, and a columnist for San Diego CityBeat. Her work has appeared in O Magazine, NPR, LA Weekly, Rolling Stone and others. Alex grew up in San Diego and Tijuana, crossing the border every day for school and work. She currently lives in Los Angeles.
