Joshua & Jess bring up a recent Spirits Business article that discusses proposed changes to Irish Potstill Whiskey; changes that would not only expand the range of flavors but also tie the spirit close to the country's history & heritage.

Add to this, the pair discuss whisky rating systems and one of the whisky world's most controversial words: "smooth".
