Anxiety and excitement have very similar physiological responses in the body, so with the help of our mind we can shift feelings of anxiety into something more prosperous like excitement. This can then lead you to a state of inspiration. In this episode, I chat with fellow self-taught food photographer Beata Lubas about how she achieves this, whilst focusing on social media.
