Haunting Timeline: “People’s Court” Mom Michelle Parker’s Gruesome Death After T.V. Fight Over Engagement Ring

Michelle Parker, 33, was last seen dropping her 3‑year‑old twins at their father's Orlando condo before going to work. She never arrived. Her Hummer was found abandoned the next day; her iPhone was recovered underwater weeks later.  Now, Dale Smith Jr., Michelle Parker’s ex‑fiancé, has been formally charged with second‑degree murder in her 2011 disappearance. 

Police reviewed evidence using new techology. An Orange County judge unsealed the 46‑page arrest affidavit. It includes recovered text messages between Parker and Smith, a recent interview with a friend of Smith’s, and other investigative details. Allegedly Smith offered Parker $2,000 for sex, a week before she vanished. She declined, saying she’d rather have a personal loan than feel “like a w***e” 

Smith’s attorney has called the evidence largely circumstantial.  

Parker’s body has never been found
