MFS works with 72,000 families across the Chicagoland region providing financial aid, counseling, workforce, education and legal services. Ric has nearly three decades of leadership experience in human services, philanthropy and government – including appointments to the University of Illinois Board of Trustees, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs Selection Committee for the Emerging Leaders Program, and Board of Directors at the Woods Fund of Chicago.
