This is a meditation to connect with any parts that are in conflict, especially those held blockages in our energy centers or our chakras.

We are taking the time to connect with those parts. When ask them what they need, why they’re there and what job they’re doing for us, we can uncover what’s within. We connect with the love in our hearts as a way to soothe those conflicting parts and receive information about how to heal.

The energies around us are helping to uncover the shadows within us all. When we allow these energies to integrate, we come into wholeness. I hope this may support you in some way.
