Mark Wahlberg (Boogie Nights, The Happening) is excited to meet his fiance Zooey Deschanel's (Elf, The Happening) parents. When they are invited to The Slasher Family cottage out by the lake, a series of violent occurrences begin to take place. Failing to please her parents, he soon uncovers that he may be marrying into a family of murderous sociopaths. Featuring a star studded cast of Jeff Goldblum and Michelle Pfeiffer as "Mr. and Mrs. Slasher" and Daniel Day-Lewis as the paraplegic nosy next door neighbor.
