Rage Cage - Episode October 2, 2026

When we lived in Japan during my childhood there, we lived in this apartment in Suma-ward of Kobe city, dubbed "Radio Kansai", because the 2nd floor was actually a radio station. Pretty ironic, considering I would be part of the radio world years later here in Calgary! Back in the summer of 1998, I visited Radio Kansai at their new location in Kobe Port. They were nice enough to give me a tour of the place, ... and lo & behold, they even interviewed me about my "Rage Cage" life in Calgary! I think DJ Kumi, the one who interviewed me, ... I think she really liked me as well! *wink! wink!*

Now, this week: we kicked off the show with a tribute to Conrad Thomas Lant, a.k.a. Cronos, the mastermind behind the legendary VENOM! We wouldn't be enjoying our heavier, more extreme sounds today if it weren't for this man. Rage In Power.
