Pelvic floor exercises like kegels are one of those things we women know we 'should' do… but don't or we're unsure if we’re doing it right. 

I have my own perspectives on pelvic floor exercises - they’ve always been part of my Tantra practice. In Tantra, we use them to help us BALANCE our lower chakras, CONNECT to & cultivate sexual energy + increase our PLEASURE during sex.
