Dr. Vikram Mookerjee is a Yale-trained, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon practicing in Beverly Hills and Rancho Mirage, California. He specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast, and body, with a particular focus on facial rejuvenation and facial reconstruction.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Dr. Mookerjee completed his undergraduate and medical education through Boston University's accelerated seven-year B.A./M.D. program before completing plastic surgery residency at Yale University and fellowship training with The Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship of Los Angeles. During his training, he received the Young Investigator Award for his research on wound healing mechanisms, as well as the Yale Plastic Surgery Scholastic Award for achieving the highest In-Service Examination score in his residency program.
Dr. Mookerjee serves as a Next Generation Editor on the Editorial Board of the Aesthetic Surgery Journal and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
