Day 1 of Big 12 Football Media Days was awkward for commissioner Brett Yormark, who stole the show, but not necessarily in a good way for the conference.


The press conference was combative at times, awkward at others, and Heartland College Sports' Pete Mundo came away frustrated for ALL parties involved.
