Denver Nuggets Executive Vice-Chairman Josh Kroenke hired Dave Joerger as the lead assistant under David Adelman for next season. Nikola Jokic's horse won a Duzijanca race once again. Spencer Jones comes back after the Nuggets matched OKC Thunder's contract offer. Peyton Watson still isn't signed to a new deal, with the Nuggets or elsewhere.
The team isn't complete, and the only players we are guaranteed to see in the Nuggets uniform come October are Nikola Jokic, because he is the only player not "on the table" from last season, and newly signed guys who can't be traded until December - Spencer Jones, Tyus Jones, Marvin Bagley III, Alpha Diallo, and rookie Travon Brazile. Every other player, including Jamal Murray, Aaron Gordon, Cam Johnson, Christian Braun, Peyton Watson, Zeke Nnaji, DaRon Holmes, and Bruce Brown, can be traded away or not signed for next season.
