How can conservatives rebuild the movement when Donald Trump will remain president for another 26 months? That's the million-dollar question nobody on the right will answer. Today, I explain how Trump has perfectly managed to turn off both educated and blue collar rural voters at the same time, which allowed Democrats to run to the right of Republicans. The problem is he will continue plodding the same path for the next 26 months, which will lock us into his image, and his primary endorsements, while ensuring we lose yet another generation election. For years, the right accepted a code of silence, defending corrupt endorsements, reckless spending, big tech data center takeovers, and aristopopulist rhetoric under the false promise that "we just have to beat the Democrats." Now, red states like Mississippi and South Carolina are slipping away, working-class voters are crushed by inflation while party leaders brag about Mar-a-Lago wealth, and the establishment is already trying to run the status quo into 2028. We need to build a broader, independent movement around issues such as government accountability, medical freedom, Big Tech, data centers, property rights, and the growing influence of special interests. The longer we wait to do the surgery, the more Democrats will do it for us.
