Lindsey Clancy Case Has Reached a Mistrial

HOUR 1 (09/04) - BREAKING NEWS: Judge in the Lindsay Clancy trial says he intends to declare a mistrial, but gives defense 1 hour to appeal. On Thursday, the jury foreperson sent Judge William Sullivan a note on behalf of 11 jurors according to Reuters, the note said the remaining juror had acknowledged doubt but was refusing to apply that doubt to the verdict. Reddington’s argument is that this is no longer simply one juror disagreeing with everybody else. He says the issue is whether the holdout is refusing to follow the judge’s legal instruction on reasonable doubt.
