As we transition from summer to fall, you are invited into the depths. In this episode we lean into the teachings of powerful Goddesses. They remind us that in the descent, lies the opportunity for profound growth and discovery. So, I ask you: what will you do with the wisdom you have gained?
Demeter is the goddess of harvest, persistence, and fierce creation. She guides us to focus on planting intentional seeds, honoring our work, and recognizing the value of what has already been grown.
Persephone's story becomes a metaphor for the moment innocence gives way to initiation. The descent into the underworld is framed as a turning point that creates growth, identity change, and deeper purpose.
The mythic journey to everyday experiences like business shifts, relationship changes, grief, menopause, divorce, and identity loss. We need to normalize the discomfort of not knowing what comes next.
Instead of forcing a quick solution, stay with the darkness long enough to learn from it. The descent is a sacred pause that asks what needs to die, what truth has been avoided, and what wants to return.
Hecate enters as the guide through hidden inner layers and the keeper of wisdom; the real wisdom that comes from lived experience, healing, caregiving, and the stories we carry.
14:49: Stop Hiding Your Magic
Stop softening your truth or shrinking personal power. Bring all parts of the self into the world, even the parts that feel too wild or too much.
16:04: The Woman Waiting Beneath the Roles
The descent is a process of finding the self beneath expectations, masks, and old conditioning. This is a conversation about transition, reflection, and the deeper inner work that comes with change.
If you feel called to explore these themes further, I invite you to join me for a retreat this October, where we will dive deep into this work together.
May the Goddesses bless you with their strength!
