Struggling to keep vegan and create her art, Pam re-connected with her identity as an Artist and Teacher and it completely transformed her life.
"I seriously changed my lifestyle a year ago. I started walking to work every day (3.4 miles with hills), batch cooking the meal plans once a week, overnight oats for breakfast on weekdays, snacking less or healthy snacks, organizing my entire house, changing my teaching pedagogy (I am an art teacher), creating and sticking to a house cleaning routine, and getting up at 4 every morning to meditate and make art before starting my work day."
