It's very easy for us to become burned out in this new world we live in.

We're surrounded by technology at our fingertips, and it’s easy to get exhausted because we’re constantly multitasking.

Studies show that multitasking actually takes you 25% longer to complete both tasks.

Multitasking isn't your friend.

It does come down to being able to prioritize and figuring out what you should be working on and what can wait.

Everyone wants things from you all the time--your friends, your boss, your coworkers, your spouse. These requests come in digitally and in person.

Learning to say no and taking more control over our lives is crucial to success.

A lot of us have a hard time saying no because we’re conditioned from an early age to say yes. It feels awkward to say no to people.

But saying no is one of the best ways to prevent burnout.

Learn to value your time.

Saying no also allows you to build self-esteem and confidence.
